LA City Council Limits Ammo Mags to Same Capacity Elliot Rodger Used by AWR Hawkins On July 28 the Los Angeles City Council voted to limit ammunition magazine size to the same 10-round capacity Elliot Rodger used in his 2014 Santa Barbara attack.
