Ottawa Shooting Film Raises More Doubts On Oct 22, 2014, Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, left, supposedly shot an honor guard in Ottawa and then rushed the Parliament Building, where he was supposedly shot. Our correspondent “DD” believes the event was staged as a pretext to introduce increased police powers under “anti-terror” Bill C-51.
