Utah Legislators Move to Protect Ability of Citizens to Open-Carry Firearms On March 7, legislation protecting citizens who legally carry or possess “holstered” firearms “unanimously” passed out of the Utah House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee. This legislation–House Bill 276–is expected to come up for a full house vote as early as March 10.
