BY: David Rutz Follow @DavidRutz Donald Trump supporter and retired marine Al Baldasaro ripped the press Tuesday for its coverage of Trump’s veterans donations, telling the “liberal media” to “get your head out of your butt.” Trump claimed at the press conference to have raised $5.6 million for veterans groups. Multiple media reports showed discrepancies between how much Trump had claimed to raise and the actual amount raised, as well as how much money had actually been successfully paid out to veterans groups. Hillary Clinton: I Don’t Know if Trump Should Get Credit For Giving to Veterans

by Patrick Howley Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said that Donald Trump should not necessarily get credit for giving money out of his own pocket to veterans. “I think the problem here is the difference between what Donald Trump says and what Donald Trump does,” Clinton said during an phone-in interview Tuesday with CNN’s Jake Tapper. She claimed on TV, via telephone, that it took reporters to “shame” Trump into sending checks to veterans groups. “I’m glad he finally did but I don’t know if he should get such credit for that,” she said.
