by Cristina Laila Connecticut – Andraya Yearwood is a freshman at Cromwell High School. ‘She’ is also a transgender athlete with a mustache and huge muscles who, after previously competing as a boy, has recently begun to compete as a girl. Instead of calling this exactly what it is–a male unfairly competing against females (cheating), Yearwood is being commended for ‘her’ bravery. California Ready to Release Violent Criminals to the Streets With a Pinky Swear to Behave

Keep these two names in mind:  Senator Bob Hertzberg (D-Van Nuys) and Assemblyman Rob Bonta (D-Oakland), both of California and both of a mind that it’s okay to commit crimes, even violent crimes if you prefer, as long as you promise…pinky swear…cross your heart and hope to die…that you’ll still show up for court when it comes time for sentencing.  This is no joke. Let’s take a quick look at Senator Hertzberg.  The man is a good addition to the political landscape.  Admittedly, although a Democrat, Hertzberg is not your typical Democrat (i.e., ultra-Leftist) and really does have a...

This Farmer Won’t Host Same-Sex Weddings at His Orchard. Now a City Has Banned Him From Its Farmers Market.

by Fred Lucas / @FredLucasWH A farmers market and Facebook posts have opened a new front in courtroom battles over religious freedom. It started when Steve Tennes, who owns a 120-acre farm in Charlotte, Michigan, expressed his traditional view about marriage on the farm’s Facebook page. This drew a warning from an official more than 20 miles away in East Lansing, Michigan, that if Tennes tried to sell his fruit at the city’s farmers market, it could incite protests. No one showed up to protest that August day last summer, though, and Tennes continued selling organic apples, peaches, cherries,...
