Seattle Gunman Subdued by Student Who ‘Likes’ NRA Police indicate that a gunman who used a shotgun to kill one and wound three on the Seattle Pacific University campus was stopped and subdued by a student who sprayed him with pepper spray, then tackled him to the ground.
