Teen Choked By Police Officer For No Real Reason – Disturbing Police Brutality A series of photographs captured by a Knoxville photographer could indict a police officer for unnecessary force on a college student. The young man in the pictures complies with Knox County deputies as they lead him to a police van at the University of Tennessee.
