Me too. That’s exactly what Michelle Hammack did and she was fired for it. As The Huffington Post reports, the Florida day care teacher smelled something burning and found a small fire in an oven of a nearby room. After putting out the fire she rushed back to her class, woke her napping kids and got them all outside. Hero, right? Wrong. According to… View Article

NUGENT: I am not a racist

NUGENT: I am not a racist, and I know why the heart and soul of America are angry As I approach my 6,440th concert on the best tour of my life, my confidence cup runneth over. You see, I don’t just rock myself into a foaming puddle of sweat and adrenalin every night then order room service. I have been hugely blessed to connect deeply with “working hard, playing hard” America as I sit down and meet with the best of the best every night before and often after every show. A spiritual campfire if you will. Teachers, cops, ranchers,… View Article

NSA scandal shakes Americans’ trust in government

On Wednesday, the Obama administration released several newly declassified intelligence documents in a damage control attempt over the growing NSA snooping scandal. On the same day, the Guardian reported on the NSA tool XKeyscore, which can track everything people do online, including emails, Facebook activity, online chats and browser histories. The White House just can’t keep ahead of the bad news. The administration maintains that these programs are necessary for the fight against terrorism, but the American people are not convinced. A new survey released by the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press finds that 56% of… View Article

Geoengineering is Destroying the Ozone Layer

Dane Wigington Geoengineeringwatch.org July 30, 2013 We have known for some time that the UV levels were getting rapidly worse due to the ongoing atmospheric spraying. Anyone that is even slightly awake and aware has noticed that the sun feels incredibly intense on the skin. Most varieties of plant life are showing at least some signs of stress in most areas. In many regions, whole forests are in steep decline. And it’s getting worse by the day. Although extreme drought and toxic rains (due in large part to the heavy metal fallout from geoengineering) are taking their toll, recent metering… View Article
