Trump Expands To 20-Point Lead Among White Blue-Collars Vs. Hillary Clinton

by Mike Flynn New polling data from Reuters finds a nationwide toss-up 2016 contest between GOP frontrunner Donald Trump and Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton — but he’s beating her by 20 points, 46 percent to 26 percent, among white working-class voters. That’s up from a five-point lead in mid-December.  Trump’s January lead is so huge, in fact, that Hillary just barely edges out the option “don’t know.” In fact, he is beating Hillary Clinton among all working-class voters, regardless of race. Trump leads Hillary by five points among all voters earning between $25,000 and $75,000. Just among whites, Trump gets… View Article

Federal Government Stocking Up On Weapons And Armor While Telling Americans To Disarm

Andrew Mark Miller The Democrats are on the war path when it comes to gun control. Guns are bad and they will do whatever it takes to make sure they are impossible to get. But for some reason, Democrats have no problem arming their security details to the teeth. They also have no problem with giving government agencies as much firepower and armor as they need. From Washington Times: As the U.S. engages in a national debate over the militarization of the police, federal data shows that government agencies charged with largely administrative roles are spending tens of millions of taxpayer… View Article

Obama Protects ‘Image of Islam’ Not American Women from Rape

by Alex Swoyer GOP presidential candidate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee is pointing out the hypocrisy in imposing gun control laws to stop “just one shooter,” but not vetting tens of thousands of refugees coming into America from terrorist infiltrated countries. “So President Obama and Hillary Clinton want to impose massive new gun control laws on all Americans to stop ‘just one shooter’ or save ‘just one life’- but vetting Syrian refugees to stop countless terrorists and save countless American lives is wrong?” Huckabee questioned. Huckabee responded in a press release on Saturday to several sexual attacks and rapes that refugees have committed in… View Article

Poll: Obama Has Failed on Every Issue

by Mike Flynn A new poll from FoxNews finds voters souring on President Obama’s tenure in office, as his presidency enters its final year. President Obama entered office in 2009 with some of the highest approval ratings recorded in modern politics. He prepares to leave office with every poll finding his approval rating underwater. This isn’t simply the weariness of voters with a President entering his eighth and final year, but a growing sense that he has failed on every major issue and leaves office with America weaker than when he arrived. In this latest Fox poll, 61 percent of… View Article

Trump Could Win It All

A new survey shows a sizable number of Democrats ready to defect from Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump. By James Warren  So if Donald Trump proved the political universe wrong and won the Republican presidential nomination, he would be creamed by Hillary Clinton, correct? A new survey of likely voters might at least raise momentary dyspepsia for Democrats since it suggests why it wouldn’t be a cakewalk. The survey by Washington-based Mercury Analytics is a combination online questionnaire and “dial-test” of Trump’s first big campaign ad among 916 self-proclaimed “likely voters” (this video shows the ad and the dial test… View Article

For Republicans, Mounting Fears of Lasting Split

By PATRICK HEALY and JONATHAN MARTIN The Republican Party is facing a historic split over its fundamental principles and identity, as its once powerful establishment grapples with an eruption of class tensions, ethnic resentments and mistrust among working-class conservatives who are demanding a presidential nominee who represents their interests. At family dinners and New Year’s parties, in conference calls and at private lunches, longtime Republicans are expressing a growing fear that the coming election could be shattering for the party, or reshape it in ways that leave it unrecognizable. While warring party factions usually reconcile after brutal nomination fights, this… View Article

Justin Trudeau advised to deepen ties with Saudi Arabia, brace for change in Iran

Advice contained in PM’s briefing book explains why Liberals are standing by $15B arms deal with Saudis By Mike Blanchfield, The Canadian Press Federal officials have told Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that Canada’s strategic interest would be well served by strengthening economic ties with oil-rich Saudi Arabia because of its powerful position in the Persian Gulf. That advice sheds light on why the Liberals are rejecting calls to cancel a $15-billion sale of armoured vehicles to Saudi Arabia following its execution last weekend of 47 people, including a prominent Shiite cleric. The American Public’s Positive Perception of the NRA Soars in the Face of Obama’s Gun Control Agenda

The American public’s perception of guns and the NRA is moving in the exact opposite direction of Barack Obama’s message and agenda. Michael Krieger Liberty Blitzkrieg When pollsters asked people three decades ago how they felt about the National Rifle Association, 27% said they strongly supported the gun lobby. By last month, that share had grown 38%, an 11-point increase. Meanwhile, the share that didn’t side with the NRA declined. By an 8-point, registered voters in the Journal/NBC survey last month said they were more concerned that the government would go too far in restricting gun rights than that it… View Article
