The GOP Sellout Continues

by Breitbart News This article first appeared in the Daily Signal: To watch the recent happenings on Capitol Hill, you would think this was just another typical presidential election year—a few bumps here and there, but no sign of a major shake-up, no indication voters were in revolt, nothing to suggest business as usual in Washington was perhaps falling out of fashion among the American public. What else explains the lackluster, uninspiring, and, I would suggest, “sell out your base” agenda of GOP congressional leadership? For example, the Senate GOP sold out its base on the issue of Common Core… View Article

Bill Kristol Is Trying to Get Tom Coburn or Rick Perry to Run Third Party

by Patrick Howley Establishment Republicans are looking to retired senator Tom Coburn or retired Texas governor Rick Perry as possible third-party options if they can’t stop Donald Trump at a brokered convention in Cleveland. Neoconservative pundit Bill Kristol, son of Irving, has been one of the leading forces trying to broker the convention to throw out the will of the people if Donald Trump fails to make it to 1,237 delegates before July. But even if Trump reaches 1,237, Kristol and the gang are considering running a third-party candidate against him to split the vote, ensure that Hillary Clinton wins,...

Irate Leftist Insists White Film Maker Needs Permission to Film “Women of Color” at Public Protest

More proof social justice warriors are racists who hate equality and free speech by Paul Joseph Watson This exchange between a film maker and a leftist in Chicago during last week’s anti-Trump protest once again emphasizes how social justice warriors are racists who don’t believe in equality or free speech. The film maker approaches a woman holding a Mexican flag and asks her what would happen if an American attempted to fly a U.S. flag at a protest in Mexico. “What would happen to them?” he asks the woman. “Some crazy sh*t,” she responds. The footage then cuts to...

Google to Congress: Trash Constitution for Self-Driving Cars

by Chriss W. Street Google told the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee that Congress must fast-track self-driving cars by waiving states’ rights with a federal takeover of all roads and highways, the better to keep America ahead of Europe, China, and Japan, which are “hot on our heels.” Chris Urmson, director of Google’s driverless car unit, complained about what he called a “growing patchwork” of state regulations that threatened the viability of autonomous vehicles on U.S. highways. He added that without vehicles having unified rules for travel between states, it will be a “challenge in delivering the technology broadly.” Urmson claims the problem is that… View Article

Obama, The Agitator-In-Chief

by David Bossie Democrats, led by lame duck Barack Obama, have decided that nominating Judge Merrick Garland is good politics for their side in the lead up to the presidential election in November. I expect this move will backfire because it’s more of the same cynical politics that has created the Donald Trump-Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)outsider movement and its legions of brand new voters. Obama and the Democrats know full well that the Republican-controlled United States Senate will not, under any circumstances, move on the nomination, but have opted to create a media circus anyway by putting Garland’s name forward…. Killing Coal Means Burying America’s Steel Industry Too

by Steven Capozzola Hillary Clinton recently vowed to “put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.” It wasn’t a nice thing to say, considering the many thousands of hard-working many and women whose livelihoods are tied to the U.S. mining sector. Clinton’s comments weren’t a complete surprise, however, given the open hostility exhibited by the environmental Left to America’s extractive industries. Fossil fuels have simply become public enemy number one for climate alarmists, and obviously Clinton and her compatriots hope to combat a perceived “crisis.” But what would happen if Clinton got her wish? How would… View Article

Bombardier gets lots of love from Ottawa, while the fuel powering its planes gets vilified

Bombardier makes a “fabulous” jet. That was Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s description in an interview with Bloomberg News. He also believes the aviation industry is special, as it provides “high-quality jobs,” and seems to think taxpayers need to support it because “all the big aircraft companies around the world have always needed significant government support.” Out…
