4 More Murdered in Chicago No Threat of Riots While the nation waited to see if there would be violence resulting from the acquittal of George Zimmerman, four more people were murdered in Chicago on Friday and Saturday, one of them an eight year-old-girl. In the Austin area of Chicago, there were two murders on Friday. Eight-year-old Gizzell Ford was killed by stranglulation and blunt trauma; the girl’s grandmother was being investigated.
