By Voice of Europe France’s President Emmanuel Macron admitted that France has lost the battle against drug trafficking within the growing number of no-go zones in the country. In a speech for 600 business and political guests in May, Macron called on the local mayors themselves – together with the population – to find suitable solutions, for the problems in France’s 1,500 no-go areas or ‘sensitive areas’ as France calls them. Many mayors were struck by Macron’s speech. They had expected concrete political guidelines. Macron’s proposals are a long way from the ambitious strategy for the sensitive zones that...

University of Tennessee Professor Claims ‘Diversity of Thought’ is Racist

by Cassandra Fairbanks In an op-ed published on Friday by Inside Higher Ed, Professor Victor Ray wrote that the right’s “call for so-called diversity of thought is a Trojan horse for white identity politics.” Professor Victor Ray Ray’s article was focused on calls for broadening ideological diversity on campus, as Republican students have frequently been silenced or unable to host speakers who share their views. In his piece, Ray lays out “three faulty premises” of support for diversity of thought. He claims that people on the right are not supporting the freedom of ideas in “good faith,” that that...

‘A ticking time bomb’: MS-13 threatens a middle school, warn teachers, parents, students

By Michael E. Miller The boys had once been friends before MS-13 began recruiting one of them. Now, as other students streamed to class one April morning at William Wirt Middle School in Riverdale, Md., the two teens squared off in the third-story bathroom — a fight captured by another student on his cellphone. The MS-13 recruit threw a punch at his former friend’s head.
