by AWR Hawkins In leaked audio from a campaign event in New York, Hillary Clinton says the Supreme Court of the United States got it wrong on the Second Amendment and pledges to “make the case” against the SCOTUS ruling every chance she gets. The audio from an October 2015 fundraiser was uncovered by the Washington Free Beacon and is now being highlighted by the NRA and the RNC. Federal Judge Strikes Down ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban and Firearm Registration, Upholds Open Carry

by AWR Hawkins With one fell swoop federal judge Ramona Manglona, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, has struck down the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ (CNMI) ban on “assault weapons” and firearm registration requirements while upholding the constitutionality of openly carrying firearms.
