UN Finds Credible Ties Between ISIS And Israeli Defense Forces

UN Finds Credible Ties Between ISIS And Israeli Defense Forces “We’ve always been at war with Eastasia!” So goes the famous line from George Orwell’s novel 1984. And so, too, can our forces today claim over a number of groups we find in the Middle East. In many ways, the enemy of my enemy is my friend when dealing with the Middle East, and in the battle between ancient tribal groups, when you lack an enemy, sometimes you need to make one. In a new report from the UN, it is revealed that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) were maintaining… View Article

RCMP unlawfully seized guns during Alberta floods

RCMP unlawfully seized guns during Alberta floods: Report Failed to comply with legal requirements concerning the seizure of firearms Conclusions by a police watchdog that Mounties broke the law in seizing several firearms in flood-ravaged High River, Atla., are pointless unless those responsible are charged, one impacted gun owner said Thursday. The RCMP Citizen Review Complaints Commission found the force was justified in seizing most of the 609 guns they grabbed from homes during the June, 2013, flood, but concluded officers went beyond the law in several cases. “While RCMP members, acting on their own initiative and with little guidance,… View Article

ANOTHER WHOPPER? ‘I Was At Brandenburg Gate Night Wall Came Down” Two days after NBC announced the six-month suspension of Brian Williams, questions have emerged over at least one other statement made by Williams when he was in the Southland. The bill now moves on to the state Senate. According to the Associated Press, if passed, the measure would grant immunity from civil liability to ministers who refuse to marry same-sex couples because such an act would violate their “conscience or religious beliefs.” As also reported at Truth Revolt, the bill, introduced by Rep. David Brumbaugh (R), was requested after Oklahoma’s ban on same-sex marriage was struck down by a… View Article

Nationalists call to boycott St Valentine’s Day, praise Russia’s own holiday

Nationalists call to boycott St Valentine’s Day, praise Russia’s own holiday The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia is asking businesses to stop using St. Valentine’s Day for marketing purposes, opting instead for the Orthodox holiday of St. Peter and Fevronia, which falls on July 8. MP Aleksey Didenko has addressed the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs with a letter asking them to abstain from referring to Valentine’s Day in their advertising campaigns as this leads to “excessive popularization” of the occasion that, in his opinion, is alien to the Russian people. Didenko noted in his message that celebrating Valentine’s… View Article
