Lexington Facing Semi-Automatic gun Confiscation

Michael Cantrell Lexington, Massachusetts has a special place in American history as this is the location where the first shot was fired of the Revolutionary War, and now a new revolution is on the cusp of breaking out, only this time it’s tyrannical in nature. Apparently there is a proposal being looked at that would ban semi-automatic guns and would lead to a confiscation — theft — of these weapons by the government. Scary times, friends. From Daily Caller: They are now advocating for the government to seize legally owned firearms from the town’s residents. The town of Lexington...

Doctors rebuked by federal appeals court after trying to invade patients’ rights by demanding to know whether they own guns

by: Daniel Barker For the third time, a U.S. Court of Appeals panel has reaffirmed the constitutionality of a Florida law that protects citizens from being asked questions by doctors about gun ownership. In the latest development regarding the so-called “Docs vs. Glocks” case, the Florida Firearm Owners Privacy Act has been upheld in the courts. In earlier rulings it was held that the act was a “valid regulation of physicians’ speech,” and that it passed the First Amendment intermediate scrutiny standard. The law in question prevents doctors from asking a patient (or a minor patient’s parents) whether or...

Walther MPL Run and Gun (Full Auto)

The Walther MPL is a gun that we have showed lots of love on TFBTV, mostly because it is in our opinions an underrated SMG. This open bolt 9mm from West Germany was introduced in the early 60s and could have been a very prolific little SMG… and then the MP5 came along. That said, how will it perform on the course?

Ever wanted a pump-action slingshot that fires knives?

From deep in his Bavarian bunker, Joerg Sprave gets back into the slingshot game with a pump action repeater that is fed by Kunai knives. Magazine fed, Joerg’s projector will hold eight of the sharp Kunai blades. A rubber band-powered sled hurls the blade down a channel made by aluminum guides and out the front. It seems crazy simple but JS pledges to make an all-aluminum version to crank up the power. We get the idea that Joerg’s house has a lot of battle damage.

University of Texas Will Let Students and Faculty Bring Guns to Class

Alicia Powe Walking in the dark. Studying in a private area. Criminal activity set us up for the need to protect ourselves. What remains a mystery to pro-gun advocates is why a college campus should be thought of as somehow separate or different from any other place that people live and work when it comes to issues of self-defense. Texas’ universities used to be gun-free zones under the state’s concealed handgun laws, but the Republican-dominated legislature voted last year to force public universities to allow license holders to bring their guns to campus. The president of the University of Texas...
