Martin Luther King Jr. Would Have Stood With Trump: He Didn’t Want Migrants From The Third World Here Either

by Lucian Wintrich This weekend, the media was imploding over the unconfirmed “s**thole countries” comment that President Trump was accused of making by two far left Democrats who took part in an immigration meeting with the President. Sen. Dick Durbin claimed that the President used ‘hate-filled, vile and racist’ language in an immigration meeting. Now, to clarify, even if the dubious and leaked comments were said by the President, there is nothing “racist” about them; to claim that they are racist is to confuse ethnicity with citizenship. Despite this – one of the media’s main talking points, and a talking point by...

Trudeau Jumped On Bandwagon To Condemn Attack On Muslim Girl. The Attack Never Happened.

By Hank Berrien  Last Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau jumped on the bandwagon and condemned a purported attack in Toronto in which an 11-year-old Muslim girl was reportedly attacked by a man repeatedly trying to cut her hijab with scissors. Trudeau joined Conservative leader Andrew Scheer, Toronto Mayor John Tory, and Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne in condemning the attack. Only hours after the alleged attack was reported, he tweeted: My heart goes out to Khawlah Noman following this morning’s cowardly attack on her in Toronto. Canada is an open and welcoming country, and incidents like this cannot be tolerated....

Hungarian PM: If EU Cannot Secure External Borders ‘Internal Borders Must Be Closed’

by Thomas D. Williams, Ph.D. In an extensive interview with German media Sunday, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán criticized Brussels for its overreach into national politics, urging a rethinking of the role of the European Union (EU). Speaking with the German Sunday paper Welt am Sonntag, Mr. Orbán said that Europe and the EU are not the same thing. Europe is “not in Brussels, but in Berlin, in Budapest, in Warsaw and in Paris,” Orbán said. “I do not criticise Brussels, but Brussels politicians and bureaucrats, who act as if they were the centre of an empire,” he said....

BBC: ‘Is It Transphobic to Not Date Transgender People?’

by Virginia Hale “Is it discriminatory to refuse to date a trans woman?” the BBC has asked, in a piece for the British broadcaster’s ‘Trending’ platform. The BBC article followed the recent Celebrity Big Brother row — a reality television programme in which minor public figures are filmed 24/7 as they live together in a TV studio — in which U.S. former singer ‘Ginuwine’ turned down a kiss from fellow contestant India Willoughby, a TV journalist who recently “transitioned” from male to female. Asked by the 51-year-old ITV Border reporter whether he would “go out with a transexual woman”, Ginuwine replied:...

Montana GOP Senate Candidate Matt Rosendale: Jon Tester Voted Against Neil Gorsuch and President Trump’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

by Michael Patrick Leahy Matt Rosendale, a candidate for the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate in Montana, spoke with Breitbart News’ Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle on the Breitbart News Sunday program broadcast on SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125 Sunday night. He said that incumbent Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is a reliable vote for Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) who voted against confirming Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and also voted against the recently passed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Montana is one of ten states President Trump won in which an incumbent Democratic senator is up for re-election in 2018....

Soros Pledges Renewed Fight Against ‘Dominant Ideology’ of Nationalism, Says EU ‘on Verge of Breakdown’

by Victoria Friedman The progressive billionaire speculator George Soros has said he will ‘fight back’ against the “dominant ideology” of nationalism, whilst admitting that favoured globalist project the European Union is “on the verge of a breakdown”. Wistfully writing that Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF) once ‘epitomised the optimism about the spread of Western-style democracy’ after the fall of the Soviet Union, the Financial Times described the scrutiny the global progressive body is experiencing amidst a wave of patriotism and populism and the ‘wilting’ attraction of the leftist agenda. Soros, alluding to the collapse of the USSR, told the left-liberal...

A Penny Saved – Shot Show

485 Scientific Papers Published in 2017 Undermine Supposed ‘Consensus’ on Climate Change A broad survey of climate change literature for 2017 reveals that the alleged “consensus” behind the dangers of anthropogenic global warming is not nearly as settled among climate scientists as people imagine. Author Kenneth Richard found that during the course of the year 2017, at least 485 scientific papers were published that in some way questioned the supposed consensus regarding the perils of human CO2 emissions or the efficacy of climate models to predict the future. According to Richard’s analysis, the 485 new papers underscore the “significant...

Why Is Liberal California The Poverty Capital Of America?

Entitlement programs and taxes. Via LA Times: Guess which state has the highest poverty rate in the country? Not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia, but California, where nearly one out of five residents is poor. That’s according to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure, which factors in the cost of housing, food, utilities and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income. Given robust job growth and the prosperity generated by several industries, it’s worth asking why California has fallen behind, especially when the state’s per-capita GDP increased approximately twice as much as the...

Canadian Op-Ed: Parents Shouldn’t Be Allowed to Have as Many Children as They Want

“When people do irresponsible things like having five children, we absolutely need to be calling them out.” by Mark Tapson In an opinion piece over the weekend at CBC.com, the website of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, a young, self-proclaimed feminist named Kristen Pyszczyk posted a chilling piece so morally unhinged that it’s almost indistinguishable from satire. Titled “It shouldn’t be taboo to criticize parents for having too many kids,” the article focuses on HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines, an unapologetically Christian American couple (how sad that being an openly Christian couple in the entertainment field is now seen as...
